A refined vintage ceramic urn with lid designed by Rosa Ljung, featuring sculptural floral relief in soft lavender and green against a creamy white crackle glaze. The gently rounded body is topped with a fitted lid finished with a small finial, giving the piece a balanced and architectural presence.
The raised floral decoration is characteristic of Ljung’s work, combining folk influence with mid-century restraint. The subtle crackle in the glaze adds depth and warmth, while the intact lid elevates the piece from decorative vessel to collectible object.
This urn works beautifully as a standalone accent on a shelf or console, or as part of a layered ceramic grouping. While decorative in nature, it may also be used to hold small objects, making it both practical and sculptural.
